☾ Palo Santo - Cleansing & Purification 
 
Palo Santo or "Holy Wood" originates from a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America. Just like Sage or Salvia, it is known for its healing and cleansing properties. The lovely earthy, sweet and citrusy smell literally changes the energy inside any room. Palo Santo can be used during meditation, as its smoke help us relax and get connected to ourselves. It can also be used for spiritual purification and energy cleansings. Once the wood sticks are burnt, the smoke is believed to clear negative energy and restore tranquility and calm emotions.

☾ How to use Palo Santo:

Light a stick of Palo Santo and let it burn for a while. Then blow or shake it. Let the smoke dance over your crystals, yourself or walk around the room to spread the smoke. Remember to open the window to release all unnecessary and negative energies. When you are done, you can let it go out or extinguish it with a little water. Then you can use it again.
